A clear three-step process from first enquiry to emailed quote and completed clean.
- 011. Scope and quoteWe assess the job, confirm the right approach, and prepare your quote.
Start by telling us what needs attention. For regular or repeat cleaning, we can usually assess the job over the phone using the property type, approximate size, and any priority areas.
For deep cleans, end-of-lease cleans, and other special jobs, we usually arrange an in-person inspection first. Once the scope is clear, we email a quote so you know what is included before anything is booked.
- 022. Service plan and schedulingWe confirm the service details, timing, and any add-ons before your clean is scheduled.
Once you approve the quote, we lock in a date and time, confirm access details, and make a note of any priorities such as bathrooms, kitchens, linen changes, laundry, windows, or high-traffic areas.
If you need ongoing support, we can also recommend a regular schedule that fits your flat, house, guesthouse, office, or rental property so the service stays practical over time.
- 033. Cleaning day and ongoing supportOur team arrives ready to clean thoroughly and future visits can be planned if needed.
On the day, the team arrives with the agreed plan and focuses on the details that matter most for the type of clean you booked. For regular or maintenance cleans, we usually work with the client's equipment and use the agreed chemicals or client-preferred products. For once-off cleans, we bring the chemicals and equipment needed for the job.
After the clean, we make sure everything is in order and can help you plan the next visit, whether that is another once-off job or a regular schedule to keep the space consistently fresh.
